We here at the Golden West radio stations, AM1190, BIG106, Magic 103.5, and Discover Weyburn, have teamed up with Great Plains Ford and other sponsors, including Weimers Hometown, Quality Plumbing & Heating, John Kmita Ltd., Pro-Touch Signs, and Maintrack Cafe, to fill the back of the F-150 and bring in as much food as possible for the Salvation Army.

As an added bonus, everyone who makes a donation will be entered to win a brand-new snowblower from Canadian Tire!

A huge thank you to Great Plains Ford and Prairie Sky Co-op for their generous food donations ahead of the event.

The General Manager of Great Plains Ford, Jeff Gilbert, wanted to extend an invitation to the great people of Weyburn to come out to Blow Away Hunger starting tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. at Great Plains Ford:

"This time of year can be stressful for those in need of a little assistance and we are grateful to be able to help. Over the years we have filled F150 pick ups with food and cash donations for the Salvation Army and would like to make this year the most successful campaign yet. So please open your hearts, cupboards and wallets to help us help those in need. Thanks for your generosity and happy holidays!"

The event will be held tomorrow and Thursday at Great Plains Ford.
