5th Street northeast will be closed today from 1st Avenue northeast to Douglas Road due to construction taking place at the Weyburn Leisure Centre.  

Detours are in place, and the City of Weyburn asks drivers to avoid the area at this time for the safety of the public.  

There is no time frame on how long the construction will take.
