Taking a step back in time with Midale Classy Car Show

August's long weekend is jammed packed in Midale. Friday kicks off the Bull Bash & Cabaret, there's a street dance on Saturday night and the Souris Valley Antique Association has events planned on both Saturday and Sunday and car enthusiasts can enjoy taking a step back in time at the Midale Classy Car Show on Sunday afternoon.  

The day will kick off at 7 am with a pancake breakfast hosted by the Souris Valley Antique Association. Breakfast is expected to end around 10 am, Scott Stabenow, organizer of the Classy Car Show shared that after breakfast are when the gates will open for car owners to enter their vehicles into the Show and Shine event. 

“We're going to have a food vendor there. Plus, we have a restaurant on Main Street.  We're hoping to have some nice cars and some nice weather to come along with it, there's lots to see, lots up at the fairgrounds to see and hopefully, we can get a good group of beautiful cars again to show up.”  

The car show will kick off at noon and will run until 3 pm, on Sunday, August 6, car registration is $10 and can be paid at the event.
