The WCS junior boys and girls hosted their second basketball tournament over the weekend.
On Friday night the girls lost to a tough team and the tournament champions from Melville 22-51.
On Saturday morning the girls cruised to a victory over Oxbow 47-13 and then defeated Moosomin 49-24 to finish second in the tournament.
The boys faced a tough opponent from Swift Current on Friday night but they were able to pull out a 55-45 victory.
On Saturday they defeated Oxbow 58-39 and Moosomin 75-27 for their third tournament championship in as many weekends.
The girls host St. Mikes in the Cugnet Centre gym for an exhibition game on Thursday, February 16th and the boys will be traveling to Moosomin for a tournament February 17th and 18th.
