Six athletes from Weyburn Comprehensive School took part in the South Saskatchewan NASP Provincials in Moose Jaw on the weekend. The archery tournament featured students from across the southern part of the province.

Chase Helfrick had the top score for the contingent from Weyburn, with 254. He finished 14th on the high school boys side and 6th amongst all 10th grade competitors.

Keyanna Swanson scored 251. She finished the tournament 11th on the girl's side and 4th among all Grade 11 girls.

Mackenzie Rogal came in 35th and 7th amongst all Grade 11 boys. His final score was 229. The other high school competitors were Keenan Russell, who finished 58th among all high school boys and 23rd among all Grade 10 athletes. Zoe Thompson was 63rd in the high school girls group and 18th in the Grade 10 age group.

Tre Thomson competed in the tournament in the middle school boys group, where he finished 75th and 30th among all who are in Grade 7.
