A Weyburn man facing sex related charges, including sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, and sex assault against a female youth from January of this year, had his third court appearance on March 28th at 9:30 a.m., at the Weyburn provincial courthouse.

His Defence lawyer appeared by phone and requested an adjournment to pursue settlement negotiations with the Crown. 

The next court appearance for the Weyburn man will be April 25th, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at Weyburn provincial court, for Defence election.
