Graham DeLaet will be looking to improve from last week’s finish at the Travelers Championship when he hits the course at the Quicken Loans National this morning. The Weyburn native is slated to tee off at 10:37 a.m. Saskatchewan time Thursday. This will be the first time in his career DeLaet has played in the tournament, which is held in Potomac, Maryland.

DeLaet comes into the weekend event with a strong season so far, especially compared to 2016 and 2015. He has five Top 10 finishes and is ranked 71st in the FedEx Cup Rankings. His earnings so far are $1,185,223, which is the most he has won since 2014.

As always, his driving is helping his cause, as his average distance of 300.2 yards off the tee is 25th on the tour this year. He is also good in finding the green, reaching it in regulation 69.10 percent, which is 20th on the tour.
