Oungre's Alexis Ashworth has completed her second (out of 5) international meets for the Olympic Qualifiers in Bariloche, Argentina.

"I went 4 for 7 with an improved total of 224kg. After no total at worlds," she said in a social media post. "I am proud of this but hopeful for more."

"Over the past few months, I have been lucky enough to train in multiple different environments with great people and coaches. I cannot thank my 1KILO team enough for the best environment of all leading up to this competition. Thank you to my coach, Will Fleming, for all of the support and encouragement."

She added she's excited for what is to come, and she is looking forward to going to the next qualifier in Cuba in mid-June.
