DeLaet missed the cut at the Valero Texas Open in San Antonio.
DeLaet was at 11 over par, well off the cut line.
Adam Scott won the event.
DeLaet will get a chance to get right back on the horse, he will stay in Texas for the HP Byron Nelson Championship which gets underway Thursday in Irvin, Texas.
