The Weyburn Agricultural Society will be kicking off the week of the 115th Annual Fair Days with a Movie Night on Canada Day.

Junior Director Nikola Erasmus said it's a great way to keep the kids awake prior to the City of Weyburn's Canada Day fireworks display at dusk.

"We will be playing Kung Fu Panda 4," she shared. "We will be giving away a door prize at the end of the night that includes the movie."

The event will be held in their Exhibition Hall.

"A cash concession is available. Chairs are available as well, but you're more than welcome to bring your own chairs," noted Erasmus.

The doors open at 7:15 and then the movie starts at 7:45 p.m., with a $5 admission, and kids five and under get in for free.

"This is a fundraiser to kick off the fair, so it's just to collect money for fair days and the 4-H days and just that whole week."

Erasmus added the Weyburn Agricultural Society is still looking for more volunteers to man the gates at the Fair Days, July 4th, 5th, and 6th.
