Its an ongoing issue in our city.... recycling.

Weyburn's recycling bins are always overflowing and while this is good news, it's not great.

The bins are overflowing as a result of the wrong things being put into them.

The bins are only there for broken down cardboard and paper, however several paint cans have been found.
