The Saskatchewan Rough Riders have set their 46 man roster for the upcoming season.

All C.F.L. teams had to be down to 46 players by midnight Saturday. The Riders releasing 13 players including Antonio Hall, Donnie Ruiz, Mike Mahoney and Ryan Ackerman.

The Riders also making a pair of trades over the weekend, gone are receivers Thyron Anderson and Jason French.

The 2 were dealt to Hamilton in exchange for defensive back Tad Kornegay.

Also Saskatchewan aquired import running back Wes Cates from Calgary for offensive lineman Rob Lazeo.

The Riders open up the regular season Friday night in Montreal.
