The Richardson Pioneer Weyburn Red Wings are embarking on their first road swing of the season tonight, as they open up the trip in Humboldt, taking on the Broncos.

This will be the second game of the season between the two teams. The first game was on October 29th, and the Broncos came away with a 3-2 win.

The Wings are coming off a strong weekend, where they picked up wins over the Melville Millionaires (2-1 SO) and the Yorkton Terriers (2-0). The four points were crucial for the Wings, as they look to gain ground in the playoff race as the season reaches the halfway mark.

The Broncos are coming off a 5-1 win over the Estevan Bruins Wednesday night, and are looking to make it two wins in a row over Viterra Division opponents. The game will also be the first time Tyson McLean will face his former team after he was traded from the Wings to the Broncos earlier this month.
