There is one thing that people just can't resist talking about on social media. No, it's not politics, musicians, or anything like that.

It's the weather. ESPECIALLY when the first snowfall of the year starts.

That's the case here in Weyburn today. Snow has started and will likely continue on and off all week long.

Because of this, there are THREE types of people you'll see on your social media feeds (bare in mind, this in an unproven study).

The First also happens to be the RAREST: The enthusiast!

This person is actually EXCITED that it's snowing. They wait all year for the first snowfall and are out in the thick of it as soon as possible. They take a snow selfie and share it with a line like "OMG it's finally here! #FuzzySlippers #IsItXmasYet #LetItSnow".

These people are very, very rare. (At least, in October)

The Second person is more common: The Less Than Enthusiastic

These people are not happy that it snowed this early and generally share a picture like this:

A side by side shot to show how beautiful it was and how...less beautiful it currently is. These people see the snow falling and post a picture like this along with the words "blech" or "waaaaay too early for this".

This is, unofficially of course, the majority of social media users you'll see today.

But then, there is one third group: The Couldn't Care At All-ers.

These people are the funniest because their sole post about snow is this: "It's snowing. We get it." These people are done with the first two types filling up social media with pictures of snow.

Although this group is rare, odds are REALLY good that everyone has at least one in their social media friends group.

There you have it, the three types of social media people you'll see today.

Which one are you?
