Special Olympics Weyburn sent a five-pin bowling team to Saskatoon on the weekend of April 22nd and 23rd, 2023, to compete in the "Bob Pedde" annual bowling tournament.
The team had a ball at the tournament. Held at Hunter's Eastview Bowl, the singles tournament took place on Saturday, April 22nd, with all five of the athletes earning a medal in their division.
Robin Stelter won a gold medal, Leah Whitrow won bronze, Jordan Williams won bronze, Devin Jensen won gold, and Brendan Gall won bronze.
On Sunday, the team tournament was held, with the athletes as a team winning a gold medal in their division.
