The Toronto Blue Jays opened up a 3 game series at Fenway Park in Boston with a 13-10 loss.

The Jays trailed 10-1 at one point but scored 8 times in the top of the 6th inning to cut the deficit to one.

That was as close as they would come as the Red Sox scored 3 times in the bottom of the 6th to kill any Jays momentum.

Toronto remains 5 and a half games back of the Yankees for the American League Wildcard.

The Jays and Red Sox go back at it this afternoon from Fenway Park.

14-6 Roy Halladay gets the start on the mound for Toronto while the Red Sox counter with 16-6 Josh Beckett.

You can catch the game at 5:00, on your voice of the Blue Jays AM 1190.
