Even as the snow lingers on the ground, the Weyburn Agricultural Society is already in full swing, gearing up for this year’s 4-H and Fair Days, set to take place from June 30th to July 6th. With numerous tasks at hand, the event relies heavily on the dedication of volunteers to ensure its success.

“This is our biggest event, we can't put on a big event like this without our volunteers. We appreciate them so much we couldn't do it without them,” shared Social Media Coordinator, Brandie Fisher.

There are many areas where volunteers can make a difference either by helping at the gates, working in entertainment, cleaning up, or helping with various events.

“Whether it be Flavors of Fall, the fair, or just cleaning up around the grounds, setting up for the fair, tearing down for the fair, it takes a village to put this on,” added Fisher.

Dedicated volunteers are welcome to sign up through the Weyburn Agricultural Society website or its Facebook page
